Ensure documentation for production lines, machines and equipment are updated according to law regulation through:

• Review and approved drawings for new production line and machine in stage (design acceptance)
• Designing new tool and implementing changes to the existing tool (update mechanical documentation) in Operation team;
• Cooperation with external company in CE (declaration of conformity)
• Support maintenance department in spare parts collecting from 3D model generate 2D drawings;
• Support Technical Acceptance process for NPI;
• Support preparation technical specification for production line and machine;
• Create and develop procedure in Industrialization process;

Ensure up-to-date 3D/2D drawings for jigs and fixtures using in production processes through:

• Design fixtures and tooling for assembly process;
• Prepare detailed drawings using CAD software (Inventor, AutoCad);
• Quoting new jig and fixture based on design with external supplier.
• Support process engineers to ensure identification for jig and fixture using for production
• Support process engineers and maintenance department in preparation of  maintenance manual for jig and fixture.

Ensure that production plant layout is efficient use of factory operational space through:

• Assist with plant layout design project;
• Update changes to the Plant layout in Auto Cad software;
• Prepare new layout proposal for manager approval.

Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of assembly processes and line layout for the company, by:

• Providing engineering support for new start-ups as well as existing production;
• Delivering continuous improvements actions and running improvement project;
• Simplifying the processes with usage of e.g. Lean Manufacturing methods, 
• Ensuring full compliance with current engineering policies and procedures and where necessary driving through process improvements to meet changing business needs.

• At least 2 years’ experience in mechanical design for manufacturing solutions (automated and manual assembly process- will be an asset);
• At least 2 years’ experience with manufacturing process;
• Knowledge of mechanical design CAD software 2D AutoCad and 3D Inventor;
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing;
• Communicative in English (min. B2) fluent in Polish;
• Experience of working within an ISO 9001 system;
• Experience in FMEA, APQP, PPAP- will be an asset;
• Experience in IATF/TS16949- will be an asset;
• Working experience of MS Office, CAD software 2D/3D;
• Very good verbal and written communication skills;
• Good time-management and organizational skills;
• CE compliance process and machinery directive 2006/42/EC - will be an asset.
