• Basic Azure understanding
• Basic expertise in R programming / python or data science code understanding
• Basic knowledge of Azure Data Science VMs (DSVM)

What duties will help you grow?

• Resolve incidents within Service Desk assignment group with the help of the knowledge base
• Dispatch tickets to other assignment teams; Monitor all open and unassigned incidents

• Process of IT Security alerts according to knowledge articles
• Cooperate with other teams including external suppliers
• Develop and maintain of existing and new documentation
• Define knowledge articles for new types of alerts
