We are looking for you if:
  • You have excellent understanding of banking and finance industry from process management and lean perspective,
  • You have proven track of being a leader for people or projects,
  • You have deep knowledge about automation in attention to robotics process automation,
  • You have experience on business analysis and continuous improvement,
  • You have team/backlog management skills,
  • You have planning, prioritization and presentation to senior stakeholders skills,
  • You have delivery mindset.
You'll get extra points for:
  • International enterprise experience,
  • Hands on knowledge on Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blueprism,
  • Background of business analyst,
  • Process or it certificates (for example lean six sigma),
  • can do attitude!
Information about squad:

For one of our ING entities, we are looking for an automation leader responsible for automation and process optimization within significant domain of a bank. 
The successful candidate must be a person who can work and manage teams in a multicultural environment, understanding the processes and identifying the opportunities for automation.
