Team Lead in Transaction Monitoring [rekrutacja online]

- You have minimum 5 years of total work experience with a minimum of 36 months experience in AML-Transaction Monitoring investigations,
- You have proven team leadership skills, having been in a similar role for at least 6 months,
- You have expert understanding of how money laundering and terrorist financing are executed, why, the differences between them and their impacts,
- You have expert skills in conducting effective TM investigations, including in data and transaction analysis, research and documentation,
- You have developed understanding of the global financial system and banking as well as the regulatory environment and the impacts of non-compliance,
- You have ability to identify problems, analysing key information and making connections, in order to find appropriate solutions,
- You are able to establish plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines and identifying the resources needed to achieve goals,
- You have ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions. Is able to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools,
- You are fluent English, reading and writing.
- Professional certification (CAMS, CFE, ICA or equivalent),
Our Global KYC organisation is a first line of defence department providing the ING business and functions with guidance, standardised solutions in the area of KYC-related regulations as well as supporting realising operational excellence. In our Global KYC organisation you will be working with many colleagues from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds. You will be part of managing and supporting the transformation towards this global organisation and as such contribute significantly to the realisation of the One Agile Way of Working methodology within ING.
The main task of Transaction Monitoring teams is analysis of alerts (unusual, atypical activities on clients’ accounts). Apart from the core activities investigators are often involved in additional responsibilities such as update of procedures, quality check of colleagues’ work, trainings or administrative tasks. Within the Transaction Monitoring area we have teams working on transaction monitoring, optimisation and remediation (lookback).
