• Responsibility for logistical issues through a project
• Interpreting the sales agreement for forwarding and preparing the forwarding plan and logistics plan
• Clarifying delivery content
• Evaluating logistics service offers
• Selecting and purchasing logistics services
• Complying with sourcing strategies in logistics supplier selection process
• Being the contact to forwarding and transportation companies
  Being the contact to customers in logistical issues
  
• Responsibility for the export documentation
  
• Managing forwarding and transportation schedules
  
• Managing L/C invoicing and documentation
  
• Monitoring and reporting deviations to logistics budget
  
• Supporting customer in customs issues
  
• Managing equipment / material forwarding schedule with project manager and project scheduler
  
• Providing transport costs for total cost of purchasing view
