Learning and Development Administrator
Katowice
Your Tasks
- Administering of the internal reward system for our learning platform
- Managing reward requests, contacting employees, sending out rewards
- Looking for cost-saving solutions and efficient methods of delivering the rewards
- Creating courses and tests, uploading training materials to the platform
- Handling user management, creating and managing accounts, generating reports
- Providing general support for the team regarding the learning platform
Our Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to develop
- Strong English skills
