Your Profile

  • Strong communication in English, French or German (B2+/C1)
  • Ownership to take responsibility for results
  • Can-do-attitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
  • Stress-resistant
  • Microsoft Office (sufficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with an ERP system (SAP, Dynamics)
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in International Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain (extramural students are also welcome)
  • Experience in a Customer Service or Supply Chain environment environment

Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving and analyzing purchase requests from customers
  • Purchase Order processes
  • Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
  • Managing expediting and delivery processes
  • Structured and secure data towards global ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
