Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Managing calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Supervises timely completion of actions
  • Prepares internal communications
  • Able to prepare graphics, posters
  • Prepares internal communication newsletter
  • Supervises Yammer account and prepares posts
  • Understands manufacturing environment
  • supports plant management team
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1)
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Power Point)
  • Proven examples of teamwork and collaboration
  • Very good communication skills
  • Inventive in problem solving; high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Able to work expertly and effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
